  • Yes! Sarah provides 1-on-1 support to all founders with questions during each Office Hours session.

  • We get it, life happens. If you are not able to attend a session, you lose that session. However, the cost is about $18 per session, so it's still a great deal even if you miss one or two!

    In the event that Sarah has to cancel a meeting due to an emergency or illness, the meeting will be rescheduled, and you will be notified by email regarding the new meeting date and time.

  • All Office Hours purchases are non-refundable and not transferable from one month to another month.

  • All passes are good for 6 sessions within one calendar month.
    Right now, you aren’t able to buy a pass mid-month and start right away, but we hope to change that in the future.
