No, you can subscribe for a single month and cancel anytime. We want this software to be valuable and frequently used in your business so we hope you stick around, but we also want to alleviate the pressure of having to lock into a long-term commitment. Your business has its seasons and we want to make sure we're here for you when you need us most.
Do I have to opt into CFO Office Hours?
Nope! Office Hours is an optional value-added service included with your subscription that brings together a community of food founders all using the software as they launch and grow their business. Office Hours provides you with the opportunity to get your financial questions answered by Sarah, 1-on-1 in a small group setting.
I've purchased your spreadsheets already. Do I need the software?
That means you're an OG! Thanks so much for your support! You don't need the software but it does offer more tools — like our COGS calculator (which we didn't offer before), Quickbooks Sync which speeds up the process for getting monthly financial insights, and the software connects ALL of your financial data in one place like never before. Most find it easier to use than spreadsheets, and you get CFO insights from Sarah throughout + weekly Office Hours at no additional cost.
Does Sarah sort out my business finances for me?
Inside the software, Sarah provides CFO insights via clickable videos and onscreen icons. Insights can include: how your product margins impact your cash flow, key takeaways about your business financials, next steps for improving profitability, and how to set the right financial goals for your business. I'm not tech savvy. Will I be able to understand this software?
YES! Our goal is to make this software intuitive to use, walking you through the process step-by-step with supportive videos and tips every step of the way.
You also have access to a free 1-on-1 onboarding call with Sarah after you subscribe. You'll find the link to schedule in your welcome email.
Are there refunds?
Due to the digital nature of the software, all sales are final. There are no refunds or transfers, but you can cancel your subscription at any time.
